SPOKES AFRICA supports women and girls by creating opportunities that strengthen their economic independence and social well being within refugee and host communities. The program focuses on helping women and girls gain practical skills, access small income opportunities, and participate actively in community development. Through targeted support, participants build confidence and take control of their personal and economic futures.

The program provides training in financial literacy, small business management, and income generating activities that help women and girls support themselves and their families. It also promotes awareness on social protection, leadership, and community participation to ensure that women and girls take part in decision making processes that affect their lives.
